In summary:
Ulduar: A new raid instance featuring both 10 man (normal) and 25 man (heroic) modes
The Argent Tournament: A world event held in the Argent Crusade's colosseum in Icecrown, featuring daily quests and mounted combat.
Dual-Speccing: Players can now dual-spec their characters in WoW. Dual-speccing involves setting two different talent builds (combined with separate glyphs and action bars) that players will be able to switch between.
PvP: Arena season 6 is scheduled to begin in a week's time from the patch release.
PvE: Tweaks and Stat Changes.
